Terms of Service

Welcome to Rapidapp! These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rapidapp website and services ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Plans​

Rapidapp offers various service plans to meet the needs of our users:

  • Free Plan: Our Free Plan is lifetime free and includes 20MB of database storage. Users on the Free Plan are limited to creating one database. Once the 20MB data limit is reached, the database will enter a readonly mode. Users will be notified at 80% and 100% of data usage.

  • Developer Plan: The Developer Plan offers unlimited data storage and the ability to create unlimited databases. The cost for this plan is $0.0003 per GB per hour.

  • Enterprise Plan: For users with large-scale or specialized needs, we offer an Enterprise Plan. Please contact us for more details and to discuss your requirements.

Data Limits and Notifications​

For Free Plan users, once the 20MB data limit is reached, the database will be converted to readonly mode. Users will be able to read data but will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue writing data. Notifications will be sent out when the data usage reaches 80% and 100% of the free limit.

Payment and Billing​

All payments and billing for Rapidapp services are handled via Stripe. Users can manage their subscriptions and payment methods through the Stripe dashboard. The billing process is fully automated.

Upgrading or Changing Service Plans​

Users can upgrade or change their service plans at any time through the Rapidapp dashboard. Changes to the service plan will take effect immediately, and billing will be adjusted accordingly.

Use of the Service​

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.

Changes to the Terms​

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
